Food Intolerances, Sensitivities, MCAS, and other issues in people with highly sensitive bodies:

If it's not a food allergy, it may still be an intolerance or a sensitivity. I will assess you for histamine, tyramine, lactose, GOS, fructose, mannitol, sorbitol, or fructan intolerances and guide you in symptom management. 

Relationship with Food:

When you understand more about your neurochemistry you will be able to work with it and heal your relationship with food! Using Intuitive Eating principles and current psychology a personalized plan is developed to overcome unhealthy eating habits. 

Heart Heathy Nutrition Care

Heart Healthy nutrition care means addressing the macronutrients and micronutrients largely responsible for high LDL cholesterol, high triglycerides, and high blood pressure. We want to avoid the consequences. Fortunately, diet and physical activity changes can drastically improve, reduce, or eliminate these issues! 

Diabetes Management

Learn to manage your blood sugar through carb counting and blood glucose tracking. The long-term damage from high blood sugar levels can be avoided through diet and activity changes personalized to fit your dietary needs and food preferences.

Change the way you perceive food and exercise through intuitive eating and exercising practices. All bodies are not meant to be the same. Dispelling unrealistic body images and learning to honor the body's needs can allow clients to recover and live a happy, healthy life.
