Kelly Myszewski, private practice Registered Dietitian, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and certified to navigate the Monash Low FODMAP Elimination Diet for IBS. I am Neurodivergent and enjoy opportunities to work with my fellow ND people.
I am a person with MCAS. I had endless numbers of food and environmental allergic-like reactons, as evidenced by skin testing by multiple allergists, even without IgE. I had the condition 24 years by the time it was discovered. I had many experiences where my symptoms were written off as "in my head," because of a lack of awareness of the condition.
My goal is to ensure all my patients with intolerances, sensitivities, allergies, and other food-related issues get the compassionate support they need to reduce their symptoms and heal from the emotional impact of living in a highly sensitive body.
I love working with psychology! I want everyone to reach their goal of living in a healthy body! I love teaching patients about their neurochemistry, instictual responses, and how to work with them for lasting behavior change.
Appointments are in a telehealth platform. You will receive a link to the appointment by email prior to the appointed time.
